I think there is no game that will ever make me as dependent as Destiny (in the good sense). Yes, Bungie’s decisions over the years haven’t always been the best. Yes, the game has never felt in a really perfect condition. And yes, maybe this review is a bit biased. Destiny is and remains my love-hate love number 1. You complain about the game, terminate the relationship internally for the 20th time and log in the next day or a month later anyway. Because despite all the mistakes, controversies and questionable decisions, Destiny remains special to me. The gunplay, the atmosphere, the music, the raids and above all the memories you have collected over the years with friends are simply irreplaceable. Funnily enough, a few months ago I wouldn’t have advised anyone to buy this game, as over the years an extremely large amount of content you had to pay for was removed, the experience as a beginner is horrible compared to before and the game could have been completed perfectly with the Final Shape expansion in my opinion. But if Bungie actually manages to implement his plans around Unvaulting etc. so that the game is finally complete again, it is worth every penny ...
