  • Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean2003

An original roleplaying game for Nintendo GameCube from the team behind Xenosaga. The game makes heavy use of cards for everything from fighting battles to purchasing items. Cards are actually a central part of the story as well, as they are holders for "Magnus" which is short for "Magna Essence." Magnus is the true nature of all things throughout the world, including swords, magic spells and even apples that are gathered in the town in which your adventures start out. A real item can be turned into Magnus form and stored in a blank card. It can then be taken out from the card and will turn back into real form. Features detailed CG cutscenes to tell the story and turn-based battle sequences.

  • Battalion Wars2005

A global conflict has reached a stalemate in the console version of the Game Boy Advance series Advance Wars. The evil Kaiser Vlad, seeking to take advantage of the standoff, has assembled an army of shock troops, forcing The Western Frontier and the Tundran Territories to ally and fight back. Battalion Wars is a real-time strategy game that lets you control teams of soldiers and vehicles and lead them through more than 20 missions, using a variety of weapons and tactics.

  • Classic NES Series: Bomberman2004

The game that spawned more than 15 others, Bomberman, returns to the Game Boy Advance with its unique combination of action and puzzle-solving. As the title character, you must blow up bricks and enemies on the battlefield in an effort to find the door to the next level. In each stage, you'll find power-ups that extend your blast radius. However, if you're caught in your own bomb blast, you must start the level over.

  • Classic NES Series: Donkey Kong2004

Classic NES Series: Donkey Kong is a port of the NES version of the famous arcade game. In Donkey Kong, Jumpman must rescue a damsel in distress, Lady, from a giant ape named Donkey Kong. The hero and ape later became two of Nintendo's most popular characters. The game is divided into three different one-screen stages: 25m, 75m and 100m. The original arcade game had four stages, but the NES version, which this port is based on, lacks the 50m stage.

  • Classic NES Series: Excitebike2004

Nintendo rereleases Excitebike on the Game Boy Advance, complete with all the high-flying action from the original NES game. As in the original, your biker must keep his balance while flying through the air, avoid getting clipped by other racers, and prevent his bike from overheating. In Design mode, you can make your own course--with all the ramps, mounds, bridges, and other obstacles in the game--and then save the design for your friends to race on.

  • Classic NES Series: Ice Climber2004

Twenty years after their debut on the NES, mountain climbers Popo and Nana return to scale the heights as part of the NES Classic Series for the Game Boy Advance. As Popo (player two plays as Nana), you must use your trusty mallet to work your way up the mountain by chipping away at the blocks overhead and then jumping through the resulting hole. Your mallet is also useful for eliminating pesky enemies, including polar bears, seals, and mountain men.

  • Classic NES Series: Super Mario Bros.2004

Classic NES Series: Super Mario Bros. takes you back to the very first battle between Mario and Bowser. Now on the Game Boy Advance, you can relive all the mushroom-eating, Koopa-stomping action from the original game. Always strive for the high score while jumping on top of flag poles, pipes, and bricks. This time, two players can alternate play with a single Game Pak or with GBAs linked by a Game Boy Advance Game Link Cable.

  • Classic NES Series: The Legend of Zelda2004

The Legend of Zelda invented a genre and captivated a gaming generation. Now you can play the timeless NES adventure on your Game Boy Advance! Will he find the lost Triforce fragments, slay Ganon, and save Princess Zelda? Only you can decide the fate of Hyrule!

  • Classic NES Series: Xevious2004

Invaders from space have landed on Earth, but you have a housewarming gift they're not going to like. Hop into your Solvalou and take back Earth in Xevious, part of the NES Classics Series on the Game Boy Advance. In this vertical-scrolling game, it's up to you to shoot air targets and bomb ground forces in the effort to bring down the alien motherships. Each level contains hidden bonus points, extra lives, and more secrets.

  • Custom Robo2004

You've been challenged to a fight, and the robots are waiting. Do you pick a Ray 01 body and equip it with a Wyvern gun and Burrow bomb P, or do you opt for a Javelin with Satellite pod and Feather legs? Custom Robo lets you and up to three friends customize robots with nearly 200 unique parts, then turns you loose in a virtual battlefield to prove who's the top robot commander.

  • DK: King of Swing2005

The normally quiet jungle is abuzz with excitement, because it's time for the ceremony to choose the king of the jungle! Or at least it would be if King K. Rool hadn't stolen the special medallion meant for the winner. Donkey Kong and his friends must swing their way through the jungle to get the medallion back and, along the way, rescue Diddy, Dixie, and Funky Kong from King K. Rool's minions. A unique control system lets you swing through the trees and spin to build up momentum for a mighty leap. Innovative level design combines elements of platform and puzzle games: Grab gears and spin to crank doors open. Watch out for bolts that loosen as you spin, or you might find yourself falling flat. You'll need steady hands to make the leap-of-faith that takes you to the treetops.

  • Donkey Kong Country 22004

Donkey Kong Country 2 is a remake of the SNES game Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest. It is the second game in the series of remakes of the original Country trilogy for the Game Boy Advance.

  • Donkey Kong Jungle Beat2004

Donkey Kong Jungle Beat is a Nintendo GameCube video game featuring the ape Donkey Kong and played with the DK Bongos. It was released in Japan on December 16, 2004, in Europe on February 4, 2005, in North America on March 14, 2005, and in Australia on March 17, 2005. In 2008 and 2009, the game was re-released in the New Play Control! series of revamped Nintendo GameCube titles. This is the first game to be rated E10 by the ESRB.

  • Geist2005

Now you are trapped, forced to roam the halls of the shadowy Volks Corporation as a spectral phantom. As you explore, employ you hair-raising power of possession to control humans, animals and objects to infiltrate the compound, solve puzzles, and strike at your enemies. Only by unearthing the dark secrets of the Volks Corporation will you unravel the mystery of your condition and find a way to recover your human form.

  • Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban2004

This version of the game has a similar approach to the previous entry, with Hogwarts being an open world that you can explore at your leisure in between completing the levels necessary to advance the story. The big change this time is that Ron and Hermione have been promoted to playable, allowing you to play as all three members of the trio. They each have different abilities, and, depending on the platform, you either can or can't decide when to switch characters. Another difference is that Quidditch is no longer playable, with flights on Buckbeak replacing it for the requisite flying mechanic. Perhaps due to the source material being more emotional and less action-oriented, The Stations of the Canon are mostly just skimmed over.
